Award Committee and process

The prize selection committee included Abílio Silva (U. Beira Interior), Alexandre Silva (U. Minho), António Melro (U. Minho), Paulo Garcia (U. Porto), Paula Gonçalves (Academia da Força Aérea), Pedro Cabral (U. Aveiro), Pedro Guerra (Academia da Força Aérea), and Ricardo Figueiredo (U. Aveiro).

The award allocation process began with the committee pre-selecting the top three oral and poster communications. The final winners were then chosen by the audience through a vote held in the auditorium.

Best Oral Communication

Awarded to Pedro Reis Andrade for the communication PROMETHEUS-1: the 1st Portuguese PocketQube.

Best Poster Communication

Awarded to Rafael Lino for the communication Predictive Modeling of Hybrid Rocket Engine Hot-Fire Tests.
