Information for presenters

Stands

Each spot allows a stand size of 3 m x 2 m. There is the possibility of using two spots for one stand of size 6 m x 2 m. Please note that the maximum depth of the stands is always 2 m.

Electrical outlets are available, but we recommend bringing extension cords and/or power strips to increase the amount of available outlets.

Poster presenters

You will have a size up to A0 (portrait) to hang your poster. You must print the poster yourself. You can bring two slides (one title slide and one content slide) for the poster pitch (5 min., including questions), which will take place in the Auditorium. Slides must be made available to the organisation for projection in PDF format.

Oral communication presenters

Your presentation will use the Auditorium computer. You are strongly advised to bring a PDF file to avoid formatting errors. Oral communications have an allocated time of 10 min, including questions.

Wi-Fi network

A free wireless network is available with the 1st Space Education Summit credentials. For academic participants, FEUP also provides access to eduroam.
